FIT OUT ONE
25mm set screws were welded to the cabin and hull sides. These were used to fix wooden battening to so that the lining wood could be installed.

The cabin sides and roof were painted from the saloon to the bathroom (after being rubbed down) in a combination of hammerite and red oxide.

The floor and hull sides were also rubbed down and painted in red oxide. Insulation (Kingspan - a high U-value insulator) was cut and fit between the wooden battens. The gas fire kept the inside of the boat warm and condensation free.
