FIT OUT TWO
The hull is lined with a combination of plywood and match board The ply is used in areas that will be hidden behind units, such as cupboards etc.

A closer view of the ply and match board. The match board was installed in the vertical orientation on the hull to provide a contrast with the cabin sides.

The engine room was rubbed down and painstakingly hand painted in red oxide. Studs were welded on and wooden battons fitted. A shot to show why the engine room was hand painted. It also shows the generator mounting bracket with the end of the generator in shot.
The cabin and hull was then insulated before being lined. The cabin sides were lined in match board and the hull will be lined in plywood.
The boatman's cabin followed the same process as the other rooms. Rub down, painted, battons fitted and insulated. The bulkhead dividing the engine room and boatman's cabin was insulated with 2" kingspan (to reduce noise levels). A bit of lining was also fitted.
